What size are the cards? They are 5.75" by 4"
What translation do you use for the Scripture references on these cards? We primarily use 2011 ESV. Occasionally, we use NIV where the vocabulary used is helpful for young readers.
This bundle is great for teaching little ones big ideas. We are working our way through the attributes of God and my 3 1/2 year old son is learning letters, letter sounds, and about God's attributes all at the same time. It starts conversations about what those attributes mean and how they are on display in our lives. They're also so pretty that I hang them on our wall as we learn them, which makes it easy to review them whenever.
Not only are these cards great for kiddos, they are great for mamas and daddies, too! As we are learning the alphabet phonetically, we learn a new name of God, attribute, etc! What a great resource that our family will be using again and again. The cards are of great quality as well. I wish I had bought them sooner!
Theologically sound, which is becoming more rare :-( and appealing graphics, nice texture and heft to cardstock used.
Upgrade ideas,1) a slightly larger bag, they barely squeeze into the cute one sent.
2) an option for them to be hole punched and come with a binder ring for ease of use, and to help avoid loss (or distraction when the whole alphbet fall under the church pew.
I absolutely love the ABC bundle! All of the cards are not only informative, but nice to look at, too. It’s awesome how these products don’t “dumb it down” for kids, but rather give them deeper theological concepts to think about. I love everything I’ve ordered from Tiny Theologians!
