Coupon Code Policy
We love a good discount! From time to time, Tiny Theologians offers coupon codes through our email list, special promotions, and partnerships with influencers and affiliates. To keep things simple and fair for everyone, the following policies apply to all Tiny Theologians coupon codes.
Applying a Coupon Code
Coupon codes must be entered at checkout and applied before your order is submitted. Coupon codes cannot be retroactively applied to completed orders, and we are unable to refund the difference after an order has been placed.
Forgot to use your code? If your order is still eligible for cancellation, you may log into your Tiny Theologians account, cancel the order yourself, and place a new order using the coupon code.
Please note that once an order can no longer be canceled through your account, we are unable to cancel or adjust it in order to apply a coupon.
First-Order Discount
New customers can receive 10% off their first order by joining the Tiny Theologians email list.
After signing up, please allow up to 48 hours for your welcome coupon code to arrive in your inbox. We recommend joining the email list before placing your order if you would like to use the discount right away.
Already placed your first order before your code arrived—or simply forgot to use it? No worries! Your welcome code may be used on your second order instead.
Influencer & Affiliate Codes
Tiny Theologians partners with select influencers and affiliates who may share unique coupon codes with their communities. These codes provide a discount to the customer while also allowing the influencer or affiliate to earn a commission on qualifying purchases made using their code.
Using an influencer or affiliate code does not increase the price of your order.
Combining Coupon Codes
Unless specifically stated otherwise, only one coupon code may be used per order. Coupon codes cannot be combined or stacked with other coupon codes.
Some coupon codes may also be excluded from certain sales, promotions, bundles, products, or special offers. Any additional restrictions will be communicated as part of the applicable promotion.
Expiration Dates & Sale Codes
All coupon codes associated with a sale or limited-time promotion expire at the conclusion of that sale or promotion. Sale dates and applicable promotional periods are communicated in our promotional emails and social media posts.
Once a sale has ended, its associated coupon code is no longer valid and cannot be extended, reactivated, or applied to an order placed after the promotional period has ended.
Other coupon codes may also have individual expiration dates or restrictions as communicated when the code is issued.
Returns & Canceled Orders
Discounts apply only to the order on which the coupon code was originally redeemed. If an order or item is returned, any refund will be based on the actual amount paid after the discount was applied, in accordance with our return policy.
Having Trouble With a Code?
If you believe a valid coupon code is not working, please double-check the spelling, expiration date, and any restrictions associated with the promotion before completing your purchase.
If you're still having trouble, reach out to the Tiny Theologians team before placing your order so we can help. Once an order has been submitted, we cannot retroactively apply a coupon code or refund the missed discount.
Tiny Theologians reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue coupon codes and promotional offers at any time, as well as to cancel or refuse discounts in cases of misuse, error, or fraud.
