Q: How long will it take to receive my order?
A: We try our very best to ship out orders within 5-7 business days, but please keep in mind that we are a small, family-owned and operated business so small delays may happen. We ship via USPS Priority or First Class mail.
Q: What is your theological bent or background? Are you reformed in your theology?
A: While we try to create tools that are inter-denominationally useful, we do adhere to orthodox Christian theology. You can read our full statement of faith here. We are personally a part of a non-denominational tradition. The word "reformed" has such a broad meaning that we try not to use it too often, as it gets confusing; however, we are soteriologically reformed and our tools reflect this.
Q: Do you offer international shipping?
A: We ship to select international countries, including Canada, the UK, Philippines, Austrailia and New Zealand. We are adding new countries all the time, so please check back if your shipping zone is not currently included!
Q: What version of Bible verses are the cards printed in?
A: Most of our Scripture references are in 2011 English Standard Version (ESV); a rare exception uses NIV for early reader's accessibility.
Q: It's been two weeks since I've ordered and I still haven't gotten a tracking number or my package. When are you going to ship my order?
A: All tracking numbers are sent out as soon as they're shipped. Very often, those tracking numbers end up in spam/junk mail. Please please please check those places first! Most of the time, we get this questions from customers and their tracking number has already been sent and package has been shipped.
Q: My tracking number shows DELIVERED, but I did not receive the package. What do I do?
A: Packages that are marked as delivered, but are “not received” are your responsibility to track down. Please check with your neighbors, next to your porch, or your back door -- sometimes things like that happen! There have even been several times when the package shows up on your doorstep or in your mailbox a day or two AFTER it's been marked as delivered. Please check with your local post office next. Oftentimes the USPS can help you track down the package much quicker than we are able to. We are not able to track it down from our end. We do not issue refunds on lost packages. After you have contacted USPS and if they are still not able to track it down, please send us an email at email@example.com with your order number.
