Returns/Exchanges

We offer returns or exchanges on products that are unused and undamaged made within 30 days of your orders arrival at its destination. Card sets must be returned in full. Refunds will be issued after the return has been received in Greenville, NC. Shipping charges are never eligible for refund. If you would like to initiate a return, please email hello@tinytheologians with your order number.

Turnaround/Processing Time

Due to our shop being small and family-run, our typical turn-around time is up to 5-7 business days. We ship twice a week so your order should be processed prior to that time, but it is not guaranteed.

Combining/Editing Orders

We are not able to combine orders at this time. Once an order has been placed, we cannot add or subtract items. If you want any additional items not included in your original order, please place a new order. If you need to cancel your order, please email us at hello@tinytheologians.com. Due to our quick turn around time on most orders, there is always a chance your order will be queued for shipping before you email us; if this is the case, we will not be able to cancel your order.

Expediting Orders

We are unable to expedite orders at this time. Packages under 15oz will ship via First Class Mail and packages over will be shipped via Priority Mail or Media Mail.

After Placing Your Order

You will receive an order confirmation after placing your order, given you've provided us with an accurate email address. Once your order is processed, a shipping label will be created and an email will be sent to the email address that you provided during checkout. This email will contain a USPS tracking number and additional shipping information. Please allow approximately 24 hours for tracking information to become available. Please note: none of our shipping times are guaranteed.

Returned Packages

If your package is returned to Tiny Theologians™ due to an incorrect address, you will receive a refund of the subtotal of your order.  To reship, you will need to purchase the product again with additional postage.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Please note: once your items have been handed over to USPS, they are no longer the responsibility of Tiny Theologians™. Though we’re always sad when packages go missing, we cannot be responsible for them. We are not able to replace lost or stolen packages. If you have not received your order in the time stated above or your order is not showing movement within tracking, please feel free to contact your local post office or call USPS by phone at 1(800) 275-8777. You will need to provide them with your tracking number and the date it was shipped. Please note that First Class Mail (Standard Shipping) does NOT come with insurance. Tiny Theologians™ will not replace items that are lost, stolen, or damaged upon delivery. We are also not responsible for packages that were shipped to the wrong address.

International Shipping

Please note that international orders may take up to a month to arrive and may be subject to additional restrictions or duties, which vary by country and the contents of your order. If you are placing an order from outside the United States, it is your responsibility to understand your country’s restrictions, duties and any special requirements in order to receive imported goods. Tiny Theologians™ has no control over additional fees and is not responsible for confiscated items, delayed orders, or any additional duties or taxes that may be imposed by your country’s customs office or other government agencies. Packages returned to Tiny Theologians™ due to a failure or refusal to pay the duties or taxes are ineligible for a refund of shipping fees and will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
