Tiny Theologians™ Affiliate Terms and Conditions

This agreement describes the terms and conditions for participation in the Tiny Theologians affiliate program. In this agreement, the term "Affiliate" refers to you (the applicant). In this agreement, “Tiny Theologians” refers to Tiny Theologians, also known as Take Root Ministries LLC, with whom you are entering this agreement. By applying to the Tiny Theologians affiliate program you are confirming that you have read the agreement and agree to the terms and conditions.

Affiliate Programs

Affiliates must apply and be accepted to the Tiny Theologians Affiliate program. Tiny Theologians does not recognize any affiliates not approved in writing by Amy Gannett or Austin Gannett. Completed sales by unapproved affiliates will not be compensated for

Commissions

For a sale to generate a commission to an Affiliate, the customer must complete the order form and remit full payment for the product. Commissions will only be paid on sales that are made when the customer clicks through qualified, correctly structured Affiliate links. Properly coded links are the sole responsibility of the affiliate. Commissions can be viewed on the Affiliate Dashboard.

Payment

Affiliates will accumulate commissions on a quarterly basis, and will be paid their balance for each quarter 15 days following the end of the preceding quarter. Quarters and paydays are as follows:

January – March: paid on April 15

April – June: paid on July 15

July – September: paid on October 15

October – December: paid on January 15.  

Payments will be paid out via PayPal. Affiliates are responsible for maintaining a PayPal Business account, and connecting it to GrowthHero, Tiny Theologians Affiliate program.

Refunds

In the event a customer requests a refund for a transaction for which the Affiliate has earned commissions, any commissions earned on the refund amount will be deducted from the Affiliate’s balance.

Usage and Obligations

Affiliates are permitted to use the Tiny Theologians brand and marketing resources provided by Tiny Theologians. Affiliates are encouraged to also use their own lifestyle photos to showcase Tiny Theologians products. Logos and other assets cannot be modified. The Affiliate does not gain any trademark, copyright or any other rights to these materials.

The Affiliate will never imply that they are acting on behalf of Tiny Theologians and will never advertise Tiny Theologians products directly. The Affiliate will never bid for advertisements that compete with Tiny Theologians.

The Affiliate will never represent themselves, Tiny Theologians or their relationship with Tiny Theologians in a false or misleading way.

Term and Termination

Either party has the right to terminate the agreement immediately without prior notice.

If the Affiliate terminates the agreement, no further commissions from Tiny Theologians will be paid for any past or future customer transactions.

If Tiny Theologians chooses to terminate the agreement, any balance greater than $25 USD will be paid to the affiliate within 60 days of termination. Balances that are smaller than $25 will be forfeited.

Arbitration

Affiliates agree to take no legal action against Tiny Theologians, Take Root Ministries LLC, or Amy and Austin Gannett and agree to settle any disputes interpersonally.

Modification

We may modify any of the terms and conditions within this Agreement at any time and at our sole discretion. These modifications may include, but not limited to changes in the scope of available commissions, commission schedules, payment procedures and Affiliate Program rules. Affiliates will be notified of any changes via email.

Personal and Professional Representation

Affiliates agree to represent themselves online and in person in a way that aligns with the values of the Tiny Theologians brand. Affiliates commit to posting, commenting, and publishing in such a way that encourages families to ground themselves in Christian Bible, teach and exemplify the Gospel to their children, and encourage other believers to do the same while avoiding shaming, legalistic or unwholesome communication. If at any time Amy or Austin Gannett feel that an affiliate has behaved or communicated in a way that does not align with the values of Tiny Theologians, they reserve the right to terminate the affiliate agreement immediately. Termination will follow the policies and procedures outlined in the Terms and Termination section of this agreement.
